Tres leches cake

And no wonder: Its tender cake is made even more delicate when doused with a sauce of evaporated milk, condensed milk and vanilla, plus a hint of coconut. Sandwiched between the layers are pineapple and strawberry jams, and whipped cream, which also provides the smooth white topping. Despite the rich list of ingredients, this dessert won’t overpower you with cloying sweetness.
