Mr. Chips

Dirty South Deli eschews minimalism, piling up juicy pulled pork, pickled jalapeños, a slice of nutty manchego cheese and cilantro on a buttery brioche bun, with a citrus mayo that really ties the whole thing together. It’s spicy, sweet, sour and, best of all, sloppy. No wonder it has a bit of a cult following.
