Fish and chips

Beer battered and deep fried to crispy, flaky perfection, strapping pieces of fresh Pacific cod are paired with equally golden-brown wedge chips — otherwise known as fries, for those of us on this side of the pond. The resulting basket is paired with a tangy, house-made tartar sauce for dipping and a refreshing apple slaw for crunch.
