Lobster Gratiné

Guided by German-born chef Ralf Schlegel, Plume was awarded with a coveted Michelin star in DC’s first Michelin Guide. It’s easy to understand why when you try the restaurant’s rendition of lobster gratin, a classic seafood dish brought to vibrant life by Schlegel and his crew.
